About Me
My engaging and down to earth nature is central to building a counseling relationship with each person in a safe environment, and is the foundation of my approach. I have been in practice helping individuals, couples and families for over 15 years. I believe that each person is equipped with what they need to make the life changes they are desiring and it is my intention to assist in creating that change. I use an eclectic approach to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Psychotherapy with a Family Systems perspective. I am EMDR trained and treat anxiety and trauma with this technique.
I have experience in many different settings that include: Promise House Youth Shelter (Dallas), Dallas County MHMR, the Seay Behavioral Health Center @ Presbyterian hospital (Plano), Kiosco Youth and Family Center (DISD), NPCS group practice (Frisco) and now in private practice for 10+ years.

Cancellation Policy
Appointments need to be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows will be subject to fees.
